Design Brief
Prompt Castle is a 15,000 sq ft commercial-cum-residential building designed for the founder of the Construction Network of India (CNI). The design adopts a modernist expression with a clean geometry and material palette dominated by exposed concrete, timber, and glass.
Its form balances urban density with privacy and daylight, seamlessly merging public and private functions.The ground and first floors accommodate commercial activities, articulated through a bold glazed façade for visibility and openness. Above, private residences are elevated and recessed, offering a calm retreat buffered by projecting balconies and vertical fins.
A vertical wooden spine anchors the elevation, integrating screen elements that offer both shade and visual intrigue.Timber soffits and planters enrich the tactile quality of the structure, softening the strong material language.Dynamic lighting, terraces, and a balanced fenestration strategy give the building an evolving identity from day to night.
